Via via I came to Florence during one of my stays in wonderful Tenerife.
After a few messages and a phone call she fully understood my situation regarding accessibility. She was immediately willing to show me her studio.
The studio is very centrally located, right over the church ‘Virgen del Carmen’, with a little square where people are chatting in the sun or shade. The bar ‘Gavota’ right next to it is always crowded, but you don’t suffer from night noise.
The part of the adapted beach ‘Las Vistas’ is at 400m walking distance. At 100m you’ll find a taxi stop, and at 650m slightly sloping up is the big bus station of Los Cristianos.
The lift is very small, but with a little maneuvering my mobility scooter just fitted in! The entrance door has a normal width and then you first have a small bathroom with low entry shower, sink and a washing machine.
After that you will enter an elongated kitchen where everything you need is provided.
In the living and sleeping area there are two single beds and a sofa bed for two persons.
The white/grey furniture is very fresh and the small balcony (with side view to the shopping street) is very pleasant, for breakfast for example!
Not unimportant: there is perfectly working wifi available!
You can find clear photos via their Booking.com link.
Conclusion.
The studio is ideal if you are still able to walk and would like to stay amidst all the hustle and bustle. Everything is within walking distance, from restaurants and bars to shops of all kinds! Very handy!
At least an address for me to keep in my notes! 😉
